Board Meetings

Agency Board Meetings are held every 3 months. Most of our meetings are held in Yellowknife, but once a year we hold a Board meeting in another community. Board meetings provide an opportunity for Directors to discuss, review and make recommendations on recent, ongoing and anticipated initiatives.

Guests are invited to meetings to provide updates and receive input on their specific activities. Arctic Canadian Diamond Company Ltd, Wek’eezhii Land & Water Board staff, and the Government of the Northwest Territories Environment and Natural Resources inspectors are regular guests. Conference calls are also held periodically to deal with specific issues.
